I've followed the fairy a couple times, I seem to find all treasures in the hidden room and in the normal room. I've also tried getting more soda's from the vending machine, but I'm still 4 fruit short. If it'd help I can record my game and post a link to that.
For me, part 3 is cool, but I didn’t play it as a child. Of the pluses, you can highlight cool locations, compositions, character design and enemies! And a secret level with a castle has been added! Of the minuses, one can single out the removal of artifacts. But top game! I advise everyone! I give this game an 8/10!

I can't seem to 100% level 5. There's only 16 fruits, but the level wants me to find 20 fruits.
The fairy must show you where the treasure is hidden.
